Parent Letter was sent home with students the second week of school. See attached parent letter if needed!
PLEASE NOTE: Students are verbally notified of their academic progress every 2 weeks. Also, if a student is earning a D or F, a special notice to parents will be sent home with the student every month, and a telephone call with this information will also be made, so please make sure that all contact information is updated and accurate (with the counseling and attendance offices). 5 Week grades delivered approximately mid October.
IMPORTANT! LATE WORK WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED SECOND SEMESTER! This does not include work that is assigned on a day a student is absent. If a student is absent, it is his/her responsibility to obtain the missing assignment(s), complete the work, and submit the following school day of attendance. IF the student is present when the work is assigned and has knowledge of that assignment's due date, it MUST be submitted on its DUE DATE. If the assignment has been posted for an extended period of time (99% of the time this is the case), there will be no exceptions to the NO LATE WORK policy. Thank you!
